Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for Sales Supervisor (Pharmaceutical) located in Ha Noi, Ho Chi Minh City, Da Nang and Can Tho area. The Area Sales Supervisor will be responsible for leading sales teams, developing sales strategies, establishing and maintaining relationships with key clients, and achieving sales targets in the pharmaceutical sector.

What will you do?

Plan, implement, and monitor sales activities in the assigned region.
Prepare work reports, analyze the market, and propose sales solutions.
Recruit, train, assign territories, and manage the medical sales representative (MSR) team. Take responsibility for the team’s sales performance and the assigned region.
Develop marketing and promotional programs to enhance sales efficiency.
Collaborate with the MSR team to strengthen the company's image, ensure excellent customer service, and build relationships with KOLs.
Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth supply chain operations, sales growth, and debt collection.
Actively provide feedback, analysis, and recommendations on sales and marketing strategies to senior management.

Yêu cầu công việc

Bachelor's degree in Medicine, Pharmacy, Economics, Commerce, Business Administration, or related fields.
Experience in selling product lines related to Nephrology.
At least 4 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry, with a minimum of 2 years in a Supervisor role.
Strong skills in work management, planning, and execution.
Excellent leadership, coaching, and team training abilities.
Ability to work under pressure, passionate, proactive, and enthusiastic with strong communication skills.
Proficiency in English is an advantage.
Skilled in using office computer software.
