- Download any/all customer related documents to facilitate,
- Distribute/circulate info to relevant dept after reviewing and getting related clarifications from customer
- Support and work with suppliers, customers and internal departments to facilitate and quote best price to customers with in the agreed time lines.
- Support price negotiation with RM suppliers to achieve best profitability/ margins.
- Finalizing costing for assigned styles and ensuring all information regarding costs and lead time are mentioned accurately on cost sheet.
- Pre-costing / final costing updates to be checked and sent to data team.
- Review and develop fabrics / trims / lab dips for relevant styles in an organized and timely manner to achieve deadlines given, as assigned by immediate supervisor.
- Review and develop samples for relevant styles with accurate customer requirements / expectations in an organized and timely manner to achieve deadlines given, as assigned by immediate supervisor.
- Procuring RM for the relevant styles in time and good quality to ensure smooth flow of sample submission.
- Booking sample room capacity for relevant season/customer in a timely and accurate manner.
- Responsible for initiating risk analysis meeting.
- Follow up and execute all relevant testing & TOP samples within agreed timelines as required by customer.
- Initiating, developing and finalizing wash / dyeing as required.
- Download and initiate graphic/embellishment developments with relevant suppliers, in coordination with cross functional team to achieve expected customer outcome and within timelines required.
- Negotiate pricing and capacity with relevant suppliers in timely and organised manner and coordinate with cross functional teams with updated and accurate information.
- Responsible for coordinating with team for risk analysis and initiating relevant tests for product performance, as required by customer.
- check mails and respond within 24 hours.
- communicate/get relevant information to keep all parties updated in timely manner.
- Follow-up with internal/external parties for all related documents to start, process and finish the assigned activity, in timely and organized manner.
- Make PO & Follow up Invoice for payment.
- Work in a similar position for at least 1 years
- English: Good
- Computer skills: Good
- Have knowledge about the merchandise development.
