The finance lead will be responsible for leading the implementation and configuration of D365 F&O Finance. The finance lead will also be responsible for providing leadership and support to the finance team during and after the implementation process.
Responsibilities:
1. Lead the implementation and configuration of D365 F&O Finance modules.
2. Conduct requirements gathering and needs analysis with stakeholders to propose the solutions.
3. Develop and maintain configuration documentation and implementation guides.
4. Configure and set up the D365 F&O Finance system to meet user requirements.
5. Manage data migration tasks and ensure that data is accurately migrated to the new system.
6. Perform system testing to ensure that the system is functioning as expected.
7. Provide leadership, training, and support to the finance team during the implementation process.
Troubleshoot and solve issues as they arise during the implementation process.
8. Collaborate with project managers, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to ensure the project's success.
1. Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field.
2. 3-5 years of experience in accounting and finance.
3. At least 3-5 years of experience in ERP Implementation.
4. Involved in at least 3 projects, including AX and D365 F&O.
5. Served as FIN Lead in at least one D365 F&O project.
6. Participated in the entire project cycle for at least one project.
7. Ability to communicate with customers to gather requirements.
8. Ability to design solutions and negotiate with customers to reach a consensus.
9. Strong knowledge of D365 Finance, including the GL, AR, AP, FA, Cash and Bank modules.
10. Ability to manage team members, guide them, and take responsibility for their work results.
11. Ability to communicate work in English fluently.
