Mô tả công việc

- Understand product (rooms, price, promotions and policies) and additional hotel service.

- Take the reservations over the OTA channels, email, telephone, social medias, etc. and accurately attach into PMS (Smile - a property management system).

- Process all reservations requests, modifications or cancellations received by OTA channels, email or telephone.

- Control availability and update allotment on CM (channel manager).

- Follow up on all customers' requests over the OTA channels or email, ensure to respond within 24 hours of the receipt and update for related departments.

- Get ETA & information of all customers upon the arrival and up-selling of rooms/service if any, then input to PMS.

- Update the tariff and promotion for corporate partners/travel agencies, then input the details into T/A master (on PMS).

- Follow tentative booking, waiting list, etc. and deposit/payment on trace list.

- Check the arrival bookings daily and monthly.

- Other duties assigbed by leaders.

- Professional, enthusiastic, responsible, honest, and cooperative

- Able to communicate in English

- Capable of working under high pressure

- Candidates with experience in Reservation are preferred
