BROAD SCOPE:

In charge of handling customs clearance for export shipments for Customer: Samsung Electronics – SEHC

ESSENTIAL DUTIES/ RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Daily work with ECOSYS / CO-VAN-CA2 system to register new Certificate of Origin (COO) application request to MOIT/VCCI for normal export & domestic export (EPE);

- Check and verify COO document set given by SEHC;

- Prepare a full COO application document set to submit to MOIT/VCCI;

- Follow up with COO vendor (LSP) about COO application progress and result;

- Prepare REX application

- Resolve trouble / issue regarding job's scope;

- Fulfil other tasks and assignments given by direct manager, local management.

- Send and receive documents via courier ( DHL, UPS, FEDEX, ect)

REQUIREMENTS:

EDUCATION / QUALIFICATION:

College or university graduated, preferred in customs clearance;
Background knowledge in import-export, shipping, logistics or freight-forwarding industry

EXPERIENCE:

Minimum 1 yearsof similar job position, preferred customs clearance position in a production, logistics or freight forwarding company

SKILLS

Proficiency in English / Vietnamese communication & interpretation;
Proficiency in computer skill and MS Office (Word/Excel/ PowerPoint);
Possess the characteristics of diligence, carefulness and hard-working;
Able to adapt quickly to new working network and system;
Able to work independently and under high pressure, able to do multi-task;
Able to work overtime.
