    We are looking for passionate individuals with a talent for fostering relationships with both internal and external services. As an HR and Admin Officer, you will support the daily activities of the HR team, coordinate administrative tasks, collaborate with other departments, and ensure employee support across all the major departments.

    Responsibilities:

    HR:

    • Controlling and managing labor contracts and contract appendices.
    • Perform the New Employee onboarding process.
    • Monitoring labor contracts, including new contracts, renewed contracts, and contract appendices.
    • Processing payroll includes checking and verifying income, benefits, and deductions in collaboration with the finance team, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
    • Provide advisory support on compensation issues and answer employee queries regarding benefits.
    • Maintain and develop adequate HR- Admin policies.
    • Act as a point of contact for employee inquiries and concerns, ensuring prompt resolution.

    Administration:

    • Manage daily HR administrative tasks, ensuring compliance with internal policies and labor laws.
    • Manage office supplies and equipment (procurement, distribution, and repairs).
    • Track office asset usage and coordinate with accounting for annual inventory checks.
    • Organize internal events (holidays, birthdays, team-building).

    Internal communication

    • Crafting and distributing messages that keep employees informed, engaged, and aligned with company goals.
    • Building trust in the workplace, improving knowledge sharing, empowering employees, and creating a synergy that gets everyone on board with the company's overall goals.
    • Measuring the effectiveness of internal communications and collaboration across departments to ensure messaging consistency and clarity.
    • Other duties assigned by the line manager.

    Yêu cầu công việc

    • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
    • At least 4 years of experience in the position of Administration - Human Resources
    • Strong organizational and time management skills, including managing competing and/or changing priorities and delivering to deadlines.
    • Honest and meticulous in work.
    • Customer service orientation with a professional demeanor.
    • A proactive approach to work and willingness to undertake tasks outside of the core remit
    • Ability to communicate efficiently in English is a plus.
    • Meets goals and quality criteria for delivery of products or services
    • Experience in implementing and maintaining office systems and procedures.
    • Exceptional customer service skills, including interpersonal skills and communication skills.
