1. Recruitment (40%):
- Assist in recruitment processes to ensure staffing aligns with the approved annual staffing plan.
- Work with different departments to assess new hires and assist with periodic employee evaluations.
- Handle the procedures for onboarding new employees, managing employee transfers, and terminating labor contracts.
- Assist in preparing probationary contracts, labor contracts, and monitor contract renewals for employees.
2. Admin (40%):
- Manage employee files, labor contracts, and all related documents.
- Assist with onboarding, resignation, and internal transfer procedures.
- Track employee attendance, leave records, and employee benefits (sick leave, vacation leave, etc.).
- Work directly with the Social Insurance Department to handle social insurance, health insurance, and unemployment insurance procedures for employees.
- Monitor and assist in processing payments related to HR and admin functions.
3. Training, Development & Corporate Culture (20%):
- Assist in organizing internal training programs as per the company’s human resources development policies.
- Help identify training needs and propose training programs aligned with employee development goals.
- Help organize and coordinate company events such as: birthday celebrations, condolence, Women’s Day, Teacher’s Day, team-building events, and year-end parties.
- Other tasks as required by HOD/ Manager
- A college degree or higher in Human Resource Management, Labor Relations, Office Management, or related fields.
- In-depth knowledge of labor laws, social insurance, and related regulations.
- Basic understanding of corporate culture and human resource development.
- At least 1 year of experience in HR administration, especially in recruitment and training.
- Experience using recruitment tools and managing personnel records.
- Honest, proactive, and highly responsible.
- Dynamic, confident, and results-oriented.
- Strong problem-solving, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Team player with the ability to coordinate across departments.
- Skilled in talent sourcing, interviewing, and employee evaluation.
- Monthly gross salary: 11-14 mil depending on candidate’s experience.
