Mô tả công việc

• Identify and generate new business opportunities in the freight forwarding and logistics sector.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
• Present, promote, and sell the company’s services, including FCL, LCL, air freight, warehousing, and other value-added logistics solutions.
• Conduct market research to understand customer needs, industry trends, and competitor activities.
• Negotiate contracts, pricing, and payment terms with clients to ensure mutual benefit.
• Coordinate with internal operations teams to ensure seamless service delivery to clients.
• Prepare and submit sales reports, forecasts, and performance analysis to management.
• Attend networking events, trade shows, and conferences to represent the company and expand business opportunities.

Yêu cầu công việc

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field (preferred).
• Proven track record in sales, preferably within the logistics, freight forwarding, or supply chain sector.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Fluent English language skills; Mandarin proficiency is an advantage.
• Ability to work independently and meet or exceed sales targets.
• Good understanding of logistics services such as sea freight, air freight, and customs clearance.
• A proactive, goal-oriented mindset with exceptional problem-solving abilities.
