Job Summary:
The Internal Marketing position focuses on delivering good customer service by creating a warm, welcoming, and supportive environment for all guests. You are expected to build positive connections with customers, ensure their comfort, and respond to their needs with professionalism. This role is ideal for individuals who are service-minded, friendly, and attentive to detail. No prior experience is required - comprehensive training will be provided. A strong passion for customer care and the ability to communicate effectively are key to succeeding in this position. This is a great opportunity to grow in a dynamic, customer-focused setting.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide warm, friendly, and professional greetings and farewells to all guests to create a welcoming atmosphere.
- Handle customer bookings (e.g., car service, hotel, spa).
- Communicate clearly and promptly with customers via phone or message.
- Maintain a respectful, polite, and empathetic tone in all customer conversations.
- Introduce promotions to customers.
- Issue and hand over membership cards accurately to regular customers.
- Record and manage customer data carefully and confidentially under the guidance of the team leader.
- Resolve customer concerns related to bookings, memberships, or promotions promptly and professionally.
- Report customer issues or operational problems to supervisors in a timely manner.
· - Female candidates only, aged between 22 and 30.
- No experience required – full training will be provided.
- College/University degree.
· - Fluent English.
- Shift work: one shift will be fixed for one week, then rotated (Shift A: 6 AM – 2 PM, Shift B: 2 PM – 10 PM, Shift C: 10 PM – 6 AM).

- Interview will be conducted entirely in English
