Project Management Support:

Participate in project planning, monitor project progress, and ensure timely completion of tasks.
Gather and analyze business requirements from clients and stakeholders to understand project needs and objectives.
Document business requirements and assist in the preparation of Business Requirement
Documents (BRD) and support the creation of Functional Specification Documents (FSD).

Cross-functional Collaboration:

Collaborate closely with development and design teams, as well as stakeholders, to ensure proper implementation of requirements.

Project Meetings:

Help clarify requirements, propose effective solutions, and ensure seamless communication between clients and the development team.
User Acceptance Testing (UAT) Support:
Assist in testing the accuracy of the product before delivery to the client.

Progress Tracking and Reporting:

Update project status, manage change requests, and quickly identify and address any issues that arise.

Product Owner (PO) Development Path:

Gain experience in managing product development roadmaps, participate in feature prioritization, and work directly with the development team to execute the product vision.

Yêu cầu công việc

Fresh graduates in Information Technology, Economics, Business Administration, Information Systems, or related fields.
Have at least 3 year of working experience.
Knowledge of ERP systems.
Basic knowledge of business analysis and software development processes.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
Logical thinking, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
Preference for candidates with a career path toward becoming a Product Owner (PO).
Fluent in English (must have), other languages is a plus (Japanese, Chinese,...)
