- Participate in NPI meetings with the production team.
- Design packaging solutions that protect and preserve products during transportation, storage, and handling.
- Develop work instructions for product packaging and manage the packaging process to ensure safety, efficiency, and attractivenes.
- Supervise and train packaging staff to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical major or any major but: know 3D drawing (AutoCad/Inventor/Creo/SolidWorks,..)
- Mechanical or any related engineering major, with 3D design skills in AutoCAD, Inventor, Creo, or SolidWorks.
- Good communication skills in English
- Proficiency in computer-aided design (3D CAD) and MS Office software, with strong project management skills.
