• Review demands in MRP and assist in generating work orders and purchase orders
• Download work order pick sheets and kitting documents (following the instructions on the work traveler) from the Access database (Vault) and send them to US printers
• Communicate with the configuration team when documents are missing or revised
• Monitor the work order dashboard to track schedule and progress
• Coordinate closely with planners in the US to ensure smooth workflow between work centers
• Generate MRP reports
• Perform other tasks as assigned by the manager

• Education:
  Bachelor's or Associate’s degree (preferably in Business or Supply Chain Management)

• Experience:
  Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar position

• Technical Skills:

  • Solid knowledge of ERP/MRP systems
  • Proficient in using PC and computer applications

• Language Skills:
  Good verbal and written English skills (preferred)

• Other Skills:

  • Strong planning and organizational abilities
  • Ability to work independently
