Procurement of Materials and Chemicals:
- Find raw materials suppliers, chemical suppliers
- Get samples for quality checking
- Prepare contract
- Create and monitor PO, ensure supply goods for production without interruption
- Manage delivery, quality of goods
- Handle issue happening
- Monitor market price movement of commodities and related goods
- Manage payment to suppliers
Project:
- Study requirement to find potential contractors
- Coodinate with factory team, contractor to implement site servey, requirement clarification, contractor evaluation, contractor proposal
- Monitor progress of project and pushing concerned parties to complete project in suitable time
- Solve arising issues which happen during implementing project and consult superior for further advice
Ensure the work operation comply with regulations of company

Yêu cầu công việc

Age:From 25 years old

Education:Bachelor’s Degree or higher level inEconomics,Supply Chain Management, Logisticsor related fields

Experience:

At least 3 year ofexperience in a similar position in the manufacturing company.
Experience in Food & Beverages manufacturing industry is preferred.
Knowledge and experience in material management for local and international procurement in Food & Beverages is a plus

Soft skills:

Good communication and negotiation skills.
Good management skills such as planning skills, analytical skills, problem solving skills, etc…
Good English communication skills.

Working Location:Red Bull Vietnam, Ha Noi Highway, Binh Thang Ward, Di An City, Binh Duong Province(18km from Sai Gon bridge, 9km from Thu Duc intersection, 2km from Dong Nai bridge, 5km from National Highway 1K. The Office and Factory are located in a single location.)
