Understand Section Target, comply strictly Company regulation, Procedures, SOP…
Developing and implementing procurement strategies and policies for cost optimization and enhancing supply chain efficiency.
Identifying, evaluating and selecting suppliers based on quality, reliability, cost-effectiveness and adherence to ethical and sustainability standards.
Work with internal stakeholders to ensure that all requirements are timely met in terms of work plans, quality, price, and delivery
Negotiate contracts, improve prices and terms of business with suppliers, and review opportunities to make business savings utilizing negotiation and Purchasing best practice tools and methods
Follow up contract/ PO status (delivery schedule, delivery quantity, quality, issue…) and settle payment timely.
Ensure the continuous supply of required goods and communicate any supply problems which may pose a risk or impact on business operations.
Conduct Vendor/Supplier Evaluation; Carry out initial site visits to build a greater understanding of supplier capabilities & refine supplier listing. Explore alternative sources for goods and services.
Conduct market survey; Sourcing and Identifying suppliers of goods and services
Track and inform any delays in delivery to the requestor.
Prepare data/ documents to make report on time.
Maintain and update supplier information such as qualifications, delivery times, product ranges, etc.
Other tasks and responsibilities as assigned.

Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
Proven experience working as a procurement specialist in the same area required
6 + years of experience in technical purchasing is required
Sourcing, negotiating, and buying goods, materials, and services to meet the Company’s operational requirements.
Preferred candidates have experience in procuring technology industry
Good command of PC skills, including advanced Excel skills
Experience with ERP (SAP) would be preferred
Good knowledge of the industry and market conditions
Good written and verbal communication skills
Good negotiation and problem-solving skills
Ability to work cooperatively and collaboratively with staff, co-workers.
Work independently with limited direct supervision.

A 13th-month wage and up to 3 months of performance-based bonus (year-end bonus).
