Develop New Products/Features
- Build on product messaging that sets new products apart from others in the market to give a unique selling point.
- Communicate the vision and value of new products to the customer and develop sales channels that facilitate the selling process.
- Plan and participate in the launch of new services and products which involve several different departments.
- Manage timelines and deadlines for the development of new products with product management.
- Test new product flow & get feedback from user’s voice to upgrade the best experience.
Coordinate with Internal/External Stakeholders
- Communicate the vision and value of new products to the customer and develop sales channels that facilitate the selling process.
- Plan and participate in the launch of new services and products which involve several different departments.
- Brief the press to PR/brand team about new products.
- Obtain insights into customers’ usage of current products, untapped opportunities and buyer personas, through interviews, surveys, focus groups and sales data.
- Present about products to both external and internal audiences with the promotion scheme for each segment to enhance sale.
- Research competitor offerings.
Maintain & Optimize Current Product/Feature
- Obtain insights into customers’ usage of current products, untapped opportunities and buyer personas, through interviews, surveys, focus groups and sales data.
- Create content such as case studies, videos, website copy and blog posts for the product.
- Prepare & execute promotion programs for products.
- Propose and keep within a budget.
- Other tasks assigned by Line Manager.
