- Make product quotes
- Make assembly instructions
- Support editing and adjusting machinery and equipment when needed
- Support confirming operating instructions
- Confirm materials, tools, equipment to be purchased and carry out purchasing procedures
- Support making samples, making jigs
- Create FMEA, summarize PPAP, APQP documents
- Coordinate with relevant departments to investigate and improve when there are complaints from customers
- Participate in meetings, deploy and coordinate work with subordinates and relevant departments.
- Summarize monthly reports, quarterly reports, KPIs, human resource training results

Yêu cầu công việc

- Graduated from college/university
- Japanese N2 (with certificate)
- Knowledge and experience in ISO 9001 and IATF 16949
- Experience working in a factory in the field of mechanics/mechanics/electronics.
- Knowledge and experience in managing employees in the department (over 10 people)
- Experience in production operations
- Can understand mechanical and electrical drawings
Can understand and have experience in QC 7 tools/ 5 core tools (especially SPC, MSA, FMEA) used in automobile manufacturing
- Basic computer skills (can use Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Self-sufficient to work by personal vehicle
