Develop, maintain, and adjust production schedules to meet demand forecasts and customer orders
Monitor production status, identify bottlenecks, and troubleshoot delays or material shortages
Collaborate with procurement, inventory, and warehouse teams to ensure availability of materials
Work closely with manufacturing supervisors and floor staff to coordinate daily operations
Analyze production data to improve planning accuracy, lead times, and overall efficiency
Update ERP or MRP systems with current scheduling and production information
Report on KPIs such as schedule adherence, on-time delivery, and inventory turnover
Support continuous improvement initiatives related to production planning and supply chain management
Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations, Industrial Engineering, or related field
2+ years of experience in production planning or scheduling (preferably in a manufacturing environment)
Strong understanding of ERP/MRP systems
Excellent organizational and analytical skills
Ability to communicate effectively across departments
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and data analysis tools
