We are a British-owned company, We are looking for someone based in Vietnam with a background in production planning (of Garments, Textile and Plush Toys would be a bonus) who could manage a production planning role,

The production planner has a pivotal role in ensuring that the standard of production is exceptionally high and the delivery is on time. We are looking for a flexible, independent, and detail-oriented person. The candidate should possess knowledge of production planning and be willing to enlarge his/her skill set in the industry. It is a big plus to have strong communication skills and cross-cultural awareness.

Main responsibilities

• Track daily production progress at the factory and promptly alert the team of any risks or delays.
• Assist in managing and updating production schedules to meet planning targets.
• Coordinate and manage purchase orders with suppliers to ensure on-time material delivery.
• Prepare and maintain planning-related documents and reports.
• Support the manager and team with other planning or administrative tasks as required.
• Communicate effectively with internal departments and external suppliers.
