Mô tả công việc

Develop project budgets.
Reconcile and fill in the financial and accounting tracking files for the company, production team, and business team.
Monitor the allocation of internal resources within the production team, collaborators, and external vendors for each project.
Receive and review all customer and supplier documents according to the required templates, regulations, and request for modifications and additions.
Coordinate with the project sales team for project acceptance, prepare internal financial estimates for customers, and return customer files.
Work with the sales department to complete bidding documents and bank guarantee procedures.
Monitor and classify project revenue and accounts payable/receivable by month/quarter for each team and compare with the original plans for evaluation.
Monitor and control project costs – calculate the project cost price.
Reconcile and perform vendor acceptance checks according to the company's B2B principles.
Issue VAT invoices to customers.
Coordinate cash flow collection from customers and payments to suppliers.
Review the validity and legitimacy of documents, proposals, and execute settlement and archiving of records.
Collaborate with the project sales team to review and reconcile accounts receivable and payable, and prepare debt reports.
Monitor and reconcile receivables and payables, coordinate with other departments to complete settlement and payment procedures with vendors and collaborators.
Prepare monthly or quarterly consolidated project cost reports, or as requested by leadership.
Evaluate the feasibility (P&L) of projects.
Perform other tasks as requested by the Board of Directors.

Yêu cầu công việc

02 years of experience in the information technology field.
Preferably with experience in project financial management and analysis.
Preference for candidates with English proficiency.
