AssistHead and Directoron project delivery and performance management;
Collaborate withproject teamsand partners to support the coordination of meetings, workshops, training sessions, etc;
Research for in-depth information required by Project Manager(s);
Translate project documents and training materials from English to Vietnamese and vice versa;
Collaboratewith other project membersin monitoring and synthesizingdaily, monthly, and other reports to Partners;
Undertakeother tasks assigned by theProject Manager(s).

Location: Hanoi, with frequent business trips to other localities in Vietnam and foreign countries.
Start date: As soon as possible in October 2024

Yêu cầu công việc

Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (business administration, energy, environment, economics, diplomatics, etc.);
At least 6 months experience in project management;
Goodwritten and verbal communication skills in both English and Vietnamese;
Proficiency in MicrosoftOffice,knowing SQL and Microsoft Access is a plus;
Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively;
Logical thinking, attention to detail and hard-working;
A strong interest in learning new skills and working as part of a dynamic team
