• Create a safe and purposeful learning environment where students understand they are a contributing member of a larger community
• Develop students’ cognitive, creative, critical thinking and reflection skills and empower them to become independent learners
• Develop units of study based on the school-adopted MOET and international content standards, as well as the PYP Curricular Framework
• Design meaningful and relevant assessments that provide every student with an opportunity to demonstrate understanding
• Facilitate engaging, student-centered learning activities aimed at building the skills and concepts necessary to be successful on unit and external assessments
• Consistently communicate with parents about student progress both academically and behaviorally as per school policy
• Assist in the development of the school’s syllabus and learning materials as required
• Attend professional development workshops as directed by supervisors
• Complete pupil reports in line with school policy. Attend parent communication events as required and keep parents informed about their child’s performance and future targets.
• Involve in extra-curricular activities (ASA), field trips and school events throughout school year.
• Participate in and assist with school events as required
• Other appropriate tasks assigned by the PYP Coordinator or Head of School

• Bachelor Degree in Educationor Teaching Certificate
• English: fluent
• At least 2 years in the same position
• Have an experience in teaching IBis a plus
