JOB PURPOSE
1. Assist the QA Supervisor to monitor quality performance and related activities
2. Assist the QA supervisor to translate documents and related activities.
3. Assist QA Supervisor in maintaining Food Safety Management System.
DUTIES AND TIES (Please list down at least 4)
1. Conduct routine inspections of production processes, in-process materials, and finished products to ensure compliance with quality standards and specifications.
2. Assist in the implementation and documentation of the Food Safety Management System (FSMS), including FSSC 22000 requirements and GMP practices.
3. Support translation and preparation of quality documents, procedures, reports, and training materials from Vietnamese to English and vice versa, as needed.
4. Coordinate with production and relevant departments to follow up on quality issues, non-conformances, and corrective actions.
5. Maintain and organize quality records, including internal audit reports, monitoring checklists, and calibration records.
6. Assist in conducting training and awareness sessions related to food safety, hygiene, and quality standards.

REQUIREMENTS
1-3 years of experience in quality assurance, quality control, or food safety, preferably in the food packaging or manufacturing sector.

Experienced in handling laboratory equipments, problem solving , and staff management

Bachelors Degree in Engineering, Quality Assurance , Food Technology, Chemistry , and/or related field
