Working Location: Shopping malls in Hanoi và Ho Chi Minh.
Sales
- Plan and control the implementation of targets and business metrics (UPT, APT, CR).
- Assign metrics (Target, UPT, APT, CR) to store staff and ensure that all employees understand and strive to achieve their targets.
- Manage store revenue and expenses to maximize profitability.
Customers
- Build and maintain a loyal customer base at the store.
- Monitor and proactively handle customer experience issues at the store.
- Improve and propose enhancements to the customer experience.
Human Resource Management
- Implement and maintain company policies, resolving labor relations to ensure a stable workforce and employee motivation.
- Ensure the productivity of each store employee.
- Monitor employees' working hours according to company regulations.
- Manage employee absences, including sick leave, personal leave, unpaid leave, and annual leave.
Employee Training
- Assist in recruiting store staff.
- Ensure a succession plan for key positions in the store.
- Train employees on fundamental knowledge and skills: product knowledge, system knowledge, sales skills, and problem-solving skills.
- Develop future leaders through coaching, observation, and training sessions.
Merchandise Management
- Monitor store inventory and provide feedback to direct managers (best-sellers, slow-sellers, unsold items).
- Propose product transfers between stores.
- Ensure stock levels align with sales and minimize losses.
- Maintain product condition: intact price tags and no damage.
Reporting
- Daily: Daily checklist, revenue and expense reports, shift handover notes, inventory checks, customer KPI, sales KPI, daily sales.
- Weekly: Weekly briefing.
- Monthly: Customer KPI, sales KPI, target planning, monthly briefing.
- Ad hoc reports: As requested.
Store Image & Visual Merchandising (VM)
- Collaborate closely with the VM team to display the store as required.
- Manage the store layout and suggest adjustments based on business performance.
- Oversee store VM assets.
Other Responsibilities
- Supervise cashier operations to meet standards and prevent fraud.
- Ensure warehouse operations are well-organized, with clear role assignments and timely task completion.
- Perform additional tasks assigned by superiors.
