The Coach is a leading e-learning platform that provides high-quality educational content to students of all ages. We are seeking a passionate and experienced Learning Material Developer ( R&D Specialist) to join our team and contribute to our mission of enhancing student learning experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
Research:
- Conduct research to further understand learner’s needs.
- Analyze similar educational solutions on the market to identify best practices and areas for innovation.
Material Development:
- Design and develop high-quality learning materials that cater to students' needs.
- Ensure that materials align with the company's teaching objectives and educational standards.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to create engaging and effective content.
Quality Control:
- Implement rigorous QC processes to ensure the accuracy, relevance, and effectiveness of learning materials.
- Ensure materials are error-free and meet the highest quality standards.
Implementation:
- Integrate learning materials into our teaching app, ensuring a seamless and user-friendly experience for students.
- Collaborate with the tech team to troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to material implementation.
- Monitor the performance and usability of materials within the app.
Continuous Improvement:
- Gather and analyze feedback from students, teachers, and other stakeholders to identify areas for improvement.
- Continuously update and enhance learning materials to ensure they remain relevant and effective.
- Stay informed about new educational tools and techniques to incorporate into our materials.

Salary and Bonuses:
- Monthly salary: 12,000,000 VND - 18,000,000 VND depending on experience.
