New Far East Pharmaceutical Company Limited is Vietnamese GSP and GDP certified company involved in import, distribution marketing since 2016 representing many big pharmaceutical corporation from around the world is looking to expand its team in 2025. Is looking to hire young and dynamic HR ADMIN executive’s.
HR RESPONSIBILITIES :
• Monitor the personnel of the departments to arrange timely for any shortages.
Propose and discuss with superiors recruitment plans to provide appropriate criteria for the position to be recruited.
• Compose, post and monitor recruitment information on recruitment channels.
Evaluate and screen candidate profiles to select suitable people.
• Send interview appointments via email to candidates.
• Participate in interviewing candidates.
• Send email notification of interview results to successful candidates and thank you letters to unsuccessful candidates.
• Manage and store candidate data, especially potential candidates.
• Prepare reports on recruitment plans and strategies.
• Manage labor contracts for employees, employee profiles, and personnel payroll.
• Guide and answer questions for new employees about labor contracts, salaries, and welfare policies.
• Manage and carry out paperwork related to contract termination, resignation, and rewards.
• Support the organization of company events such as travel, teambuilding, parties, etc.
ADMINISTRATIVE RESPONSIBILITIES :
• Resolve administrative for the company
• Do express delivery, receive and deliver documents, contracts, and invoices.
• Track company equipment and assets, plan periodic maintenance of machines.
• Make a list and purchase necessary office equipment and supplies for the company.
• Prepare and make contracts and relevant documents
• Handle confidential information/ files/ materials; ensure the up-to-date record and smooth function of all office assets.
• Maintain the data shared between the departments. (If any)
• Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements and visa process (flight, car, accommodation) for staff/guests/leaders.
• Take care of Visa, work permit and resident card for expats.
• Other tasks assigned by Manager/leader.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE :
• Bachelor degree in relevant field
• Expect to have 5 years of experience in Pharma HR or HR.
• Excellent verbal and written communication in Vietnamese and English
