Mô tả công việc

Monitor and analyze hotel performance metrics (ADR, OCC, RevPAR) through daily and monthly reports.
Control and optimize room capacity, paid occupancy rate, and ARR.
Ensure accurate and continuously updated revenue forecasts based on system data, booking trends, and events.
Adjust pricing strategies, manage distribution channels, and group quotations to maximize revenue.
Manage OTA channels, ensuring compliance with pricing policies and consistency across all platforms.
Collaborate closely with Reservations, Sales, and Front Office departments to achieve business objectives.

Degree in Tourism / Hotel Management or related field.
Experience in revenue from 6 months to 1 year (internship or job) completed by a reception/reservation experience.
Strong attention to detail in data analysis.
Proficiency in hotel management systems.
Good English communication skills.
Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively within a team.
Willing to travel to Ba Vi for meetings and site visits (company provides shuttle bus).
Working in Sales Office, Duong Dinh Nghe, Cau Giay.
