• Develop new project : quotation - sample
• Manage Purchase order and arrange production schedule , shipment and oversee billing and payments
• Tracking of customer’s Purchase Order, Sales Order, Delivery Order and payment.
• Manage incoming and outgoing shipment together with buying team.
• Ensure on time delivery to customer.
• Handling customer complaints, stock returns and warranty procedures.
• Provide an up-to-date and accurate feedback on customer’s requirement and sales forecast.
• Preparation of sales report.
• Communicate and coordinate with internal departments to keep track of projects schedule and manage projects effectively
• Take initiative in managing new projects relating NPI process, RFQ process, samples submission, and other customer requirements handling
• Maintain good customer relationship and active in looking for new sales opportunity for current customer base.

• Education: College/Bachelor’s degree is advantage.
• Have3 Years working experience in Customer Service Executive, Sales Admin - Support (mandatory field).
• Experience in Print Packaging manufacturing will be advantages.
• Fluent in English/Chinese will be advantages.
• Able to take work pressure from work.
• Careful, well – organized, friendly, positive thinking, Hard – Working, responsible
• Eager at learning and learning from doing.
• Willing to travel.
