Job description

We’re seeking a proactive and driven Sales Development Representative (SDR) to generate leads, schedule meetings, and build lasting client relationships. If you're a self-starter who thrives on connecting with key decision-makers, this flexible and rewarding opportunity is for you!

• Report to: Sales Leader

• Headcount: 1

• Working location: HCM remote

• Working hour: Monday – Friday, Vietnam Time

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead Generation: Proactively identify and reach out to potential clients via email, phone, and social media.

• Scheduling Meetings: Secure appointments for senior sales representatives with qualified leads.

• Relationship Building: Engage with prospects to understand their needs and communicate the value of our services.

• Sales Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team to optimize outreach strategies and meet team goals.

• CRM Management: Accurately record and update prospect information in our CRM system..

Requirements:

• Previous employment experience, ideally with the ability to work independently and collaborate remotely with our Sales team.

• English Proficiency- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English - Must!

• Experience in Using LinkedIn platform, Excel Sheet

• 1 - 2 years of relevant work experience.

• A results-driven attitude with a passion for achieving targets.

• Familiarity with CRM systems and online communication tools is a plus.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills and ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work
