Job Description:
- Manage Monthly, Quaterly Revenue/Margin
- Meet sales objectives and initiate business pitches across to clients and agencies.
- Develop market opportunities by identifying client requirement, defining market positioning as well as promoting and introducing new cutting edge product.
- Work closely with media team to create a competitive media plan that meet client requirements.
- Prepare weekly reports and analyzing sales team performance.
- Report to BOD.
This position will sell products related to uConnect.
Job Requirements:
- Degree holder or equivalent.
- Minimum 2 years working experience in digital media industry is a must.
- Proven sales track record and strong leadership with excellent and pleasant people communication and interpersonal communication skills.
- Good business acumen, self-driven individual.
- Ability to think strategically and creatively to make a difference.
- Energetic, confident and self-motivated.
- Strong negotiation, communication and relationship building skills.
- Strong command and proficiency of English is a preferable.
- Resilient in problem solving and resourceful in handing challenges.
- Experience in leading Sale of major digital adnetwork, agencies or online publisher is a plus.
- Knowedge of digital media such as : Adnetwork, Google Ads, Facebook Ads, PR, Video…
- University degree in economics, foreign languages, marketing, advertising.
- Specialized knowledge: advertising, media, marketing, sales.
- Software: Microsoft office, special in Powerpoint presentation and project planning.
- Ability to establish economic contracts.
- Ability to work in group and independent.
- Ability to analyze and synthesize information.
- Prior experience working in Digital Agency: Novaon, CleverAds, Admicro,Coc Coc…
