1. Scope of work:

• Responsible for implementing accounting system based on Law and Viet Nam Accounting Standards (VAS)
• Report to Director and Manager about company's financial and budget control
• Co-operate with all Department in implementation and improvement of the company finance policies

2. Main Responsibility

• Record daily arising economic transactions
• Issue the invoices to customers monthly and reconcile payments made through PayPal and 2CO
• Prepare payment schedule and expense analysis report
• Manage full accounting operations, including A/P, A/R, GL, and tax compliance
• Review bookkeeping based on monthly report
• Oversee tax filings (VAT, CIT, PIT, FCT) and ensure timely submission
• Collaborate with the accounting service company, suppliers, banks to resolve relevant issues and liaise with Vietnam Tax Authorities as needed
• Co-operate with Admin to do inventory and follow company’s asset
• Prepare ad-hoc report to Director and Manager in needed
• Improve and implement internal control procedures.

Background and Working Experience expectation

• Background: Bachelor's degree in Accounting
• Working experience expectation: Accounting experience at least fouryears; Experience with tax regulations and compliance in Vietnam
• Proficiency in accounting software, Microsoft Office with aptitude to learn new software and systems
• Basicin verbal and written English.
