Responsililities

1. Analyze andreportthe business performance (40%)

• Synthesize, evaluate, analyse operational data and provide periodic and ad-hoc reports to upon request.
• Analyze business data, and provide periodic reports to evaluate the branch's operational status and business performance, by product line, and by channel (MT and GT).
• Participate in the projects at the branch.

2. Strategic management (40%)

• Participate in building goals, KPIs and developsolutions for the businessunit
• Proposegoals, targets, solutionsto support driving business perfomance forthe branch.
• Coordinateand with departmentsunder the branch during building their’sKPIs, solutions & action plans.
• Operational control:
• Communicate instructions on the implementation of KPIs and solutionsto thedepartments
• Mornitorthe implementation process of goals, targets, solutions forthebranch and units
• Evaluate results, effectivenessandidentify
• Propose improvement plan, adjust targets/ solutions, and implementation methodsfor the departmentsaccording to the company
• Support departments in the process of implementing the action plan.
• Monitor implementation of BOD’sinstructions to the departments, updateimplementation results.

3. Review the financial indicators of the system (10%)

• Review the criteria for evaluating the performance of the system (financial, business, customer indicators)

4. Other tasks (10%)

• Perform the assigned tasks on the software program correctly.
• Perform other tasks assigned by theline manager.
