• Handle daily operation relating to Import, Export and Guarantee transactions as Maker/Checker level.
(In details: call-back confirmation, verify customers’ signature, input transactions in system, perform the AML, follow on due transactions, guide customers to prepare applications/documents…)
• Ensure daily processing compliance with internal procedure and external regulations.
• Cooperate with relevant departments to maintain the smooth operation.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by Department Head.
• University graduated in Banking (priority) / Economic/Finance.
• At least 4-6 years experience in Trade Finance and Guarantee field.
• Having good knowledge about Trade Finance and Guarantee transactions.
• Be able to handle various type of Trade Finance and Guarantee products.
• Be familiar with banking payment systems (Swift, VCB Money, Citad)
• Good communication skill, computer skills.
• Ability to work under high pressure and willingness to work overtime
• Fluent English is a plus.
