Solution Design & Implementation:

Gather business requirements, design, and develop customizations and integrations for Dynamics 365 CRM.
Build solutions to automate business processes, improve workflows, and optimize CRM functionalities.

Customization & Configuration:

Configure and customize Dynamics 365 CRM to meet client-specific needs.
Develop and maintain business rules, workflows, and custom entities within the system.
Implement and optimize dashboards, reports, and Power BI integrations to support decision-making.

Technical Support:

Troubleshoot and resolve system issues, ensuring smooth and stable operation.

Integration & Data Migration:

Integrate Dynamics 365 CRM with other systems (ERP, Marketing tools) and manage data migration processes.

Training & Knowledge Sharing:

Train end users on Dynamics 365 CRM functionalities and provide internal team guidance.

Project & Documentation Management:

Track project progress, maintain, and update technical documentation.

Continuous Improvement:

Stay updated on industry trends and new Dynamics 365 CRM features, proposing system optimizations.

Yêu cầu công việc

- Experience: Extensive experience in Dynamics 365 CRM (Customer Service & Sales Hub).
- Technical Skills: Configuration, integration, Power Platform (PowerApps, Power Automate, Power BI), Azure.
- Programming: Proficiency in C#, JavaScript, SQL.
- Solution Design: Understanding of business processes and the ability to optimize them using CRM.
- Integration & Data Migration: Experience in system integration and data handling.
- Communication & Teamwork: Strong ability to work with clients and internal teams.

- Certifications: Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM certifications are a plus.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.

- Time working: Nigh shift (7pm - 4am)
