• Maintain and monitor computer networks and related computing environments, including computer hardware, system software, applications software and all configurations
• Troubleshooting and technical support in PC Software & Hardware
• Day to day System Administration, Maintenance and Backup
• Responsible for all Hardware, Network and Technical Documentation
• Provide PC software training and documentation to enable users to operate the system effectively
• System installation, upgrade, security, disaster recovery and contingency planning
• Responsible on checking hardware status
• Responsible in maintaining IP phone and PABX system
• Periodic Report: Weekly/Monthly Report - Unscheduled at the request of Head.
• Other tasks assigned by Head

• Qualification: University or college degree in IT related subject
• No of year-experience: Min 3-year working experience
• Foreign Language: Can listen, speak, read and write English
• Level of computer: Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, Outlook
• Good knowledge of hardware
• Skills required: Good administrative, organizational and process skills
• Working requirements: Can work well under high pressure and have good communication skills
• Personality: Smart, honest, confidential, careful, hard-working, team-working
