• Oversight and analysis livestream performance and quality, including consumer engagement; adherence to both script and client branding and marketing guidelines; and host performance
• Gathering and organizing livestream performance data for report development
• Development of reports to analyze key results and findings of livestream performance and quality, including insight and recommendations for performance and quality improvement
• Arranging and organizing materials for reports to senior management at OnPoint to provide better visibility of brand livestream performance and quality
• Assist Commercial team with livestream promotion and sales performance analysis through data and insight provision
• Manage coordination of internal resources cross-functionally and across teams
1. Education background requirements: BA/BS in Information Technology or a related field.
2. Experience/Industry requirements:
• At least 2 years of working experience in the eCommerce data analyst position.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills including development of business and technical requirements and delivering presentations to associated groups.
• Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail.
• Personal integrity, able to work to deadlines and under pressure.
• Proficiency in SQL, Python, and BI tools (PowerBI, Locker Studio, Tableau).
• Advanced skills with MS Excel (pivot tables, formulas).
• Good at logical thinking and mathematics.
• Basic knowledge of probability and statistics.
