Job Description:

Marketing Strategy & Planning:

• Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to promote the 10,000 Coffee brand in Vietnam.
• Create detailed marketing plans, including but not limited to: content plans, social media, digital marketing, PR, and event strategies.
• Collaborate with the Creative Director to ensure brand alignment and positioning as a high-end luxury experience.
• Design and implement strategic marketing campaigns and positioning that drive “brand awareness” and “customer engagement.”

Social Media & Content Management:

• Oversee the creation and maintenance of a monthly content calendar.
• Lead the creative team in producing high-quality content for social media channels (Facebook, TikTok, Instagram).
• Develop strategies to optimize ad budgets for maximum brand exposure.
• Supervise Junior Marketing Executive on community engagement and CS.

Competitor Analysis & Market Research:

• Continuously track competitor activities (e.g., Trung Nguyen Legend) and industry trends.
• Conduct demographic and psychographic research on competitor customers to inform marketing strategies.
• Present competitor analysis reports to upper management on a regular basis.

Teamwork & Leadership:

• Assist the Project Manager in recruiting and managing team members, including Video Editors, KOL Booking Specialists, and Marketing Interns.
• Lead and mentor junior marketing team members, interns, and support staff.
• Report monthly activities and campaign results to the Creative Director and Project Manager.
