Job Description

As the Senior Projects Sales professional, you will lead and manage the sales strategy to achieve volume and gross margin targets. Your role involves implementing a marketing strategy aligned with our Group's strategic objectives, reporting on sales performance, and developing solutions that address customer needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the sales area to achieve volume and gross margin targets while directing the sales effort to meet budget goals.
• Enhance the customer base by identifying growth opportunities and differentiating our offerings from competitors.
• Provide monthly reports on sales performance against KPIs and suggest further objectives to improve outcomes.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, taking a lead role in major projects.
• Attend team meetings to align strategies and perform any additional duties as assigned by the Regional Sales Manager.

• Minimum of 3 years in a Sales Manager role within the building and construction industry.
• Strong understanding of key business drivers, excellent communication, analytical, and negotiation skills.
• Familiarity with construction sector dynamics and the ability to develop and execute business plans.
• Ability to work independently, under pressure, and effectively within a team environment.
