• Develop and expand export markets in alignment with the company’s business strategy.

• Responsible for B2B2C – U.S Fashion E-commerce market by establishing and sales channels, leverage Omni Channel to grow market share.

• Develop and execute the Amazon market entry strategy on progress in 2025.

• Establish and nurture relationships with Agency and external service providers to resolve operational challenges.

• Conduct market research, analyze customer insights, competitors, and define product positioning, pricing, and competitive strategies tailored to the U.S market.

• Monitor, analyze business data and propose improvements to optimize profits.

• Perform additional tasks as assigned by CEO to drive business growth.

• Minimum 01 year of experience in Business Development, or related fields, preferably in Fashion/Apparel.
• Strong understanding of E-commerce market dynamics, and digital sales channels.
• Bachelor's degree in Economics, Business Administration, International Trade, or related disciplines.
• Preferably Proficiency in English.
• Proactive mindset with a strong drive for growth.
• Data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills.
• Critical thinking & problem-solving skills to navigate complex business challenges.
• Expertise in market research, communication, presentation, and negotiation.
• Ability to work independently while excelling in team collaboration.
