- Managing, supervising and tracking the activities of the purchasing to meet on time delivery to factory operations.

- Responsible for all-round purchasing activities, such as sourcing, pricing negotiation, placing orders, vendor evaluation and service subcontracts.

- Proactively provide the best solutions to maintain the good quality of products and services with the best prices and payment terms.

- Negotiation the contracts, the pricing and the terms of business with local vendors and overseas vendors to review opportunities to make business savings utilizing negotiation.

- Reviewing purchase requisitions and coordinate with requester on any clarifications.

- Ensuring that every department receives goods and services as required and to the standard of the factory.

- Maintains the vendor management, purchasing data, procurement documentation, and other pertinent information.

- Other tasks/projects assigned by direct supervisor

Education Background:

- College or University

Working Experience:

- With 5 years or above of working experience in purchasing / procurement of textiles or garment manufacturing.

- Experience of working in overseas manufacturing.

- Experience of sourcing in difference categories.

- Familiar with sourcing in local vendor and overseas vendor.

- Good command written and spoken in English. Knowledge in Chinese is a definite advantage.
