    Responsibilities:

    - Negotiate and promote co-operations with large brands to distribute their products on E-Commerce Platform

    - Establish contact and conducting sales meetings with key decision-makers to convince them to cooperate with Onpoint.

    - Negotiate contract terms and structure deals with the aim of maximizing sales profits

    - Liaise with other departments to help potential Brands with various queries.

    - Other tasks assigned by Line Manager.

    1. Education background requirements: Bachelor at relevant experience

    2. Experience/Industry requirements:

    • Young, dynamic, proactive
    • KPI-driven attitude and eagerness to adapt to the dynamic sales environment of e-commerce
    • Logical thinking and strong problem-solving skills
    • Strong track record of high-level negotiation and successful internal and external relationship management
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong attention to detail, and good follow-through
    • University bachelor’s degree (or equivalent work experience).
    • Proficient with Microsoft Office
    • Experienced in sales/ or key account management
    • At least 1-year of working experience in e-commerce, preferable in e-commerce (though not mandatory)

    3. Competency requirements:

    • Analysis & Problem Solving: Identifies and analyses a range of problems by isolating key issues, evaluating relevant data and reaching logical conclusions
    • Client Centric: Building strong customer relationships and delivering customer-centric solutions.
    • Communication: Communicates confidently and professionally, respecting the audience, engendering confidence and trust from external stakeholders and from individuals, teams, departments and the company
    • Accountability & Ownership: Plans and balances a range of tasks, assignments, projects and resources. Is able to cope with conflicting demands without undue disruption in order to get things done.
