Plan, create, and execute engaging social media campaigns to drive brand awareness, promote ticket sales, and increase customer engagement for various events.
Develop creative, on-brand content for diverse social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Threads, TikTok, etc.), including images, videos, copy, and stories, ensuring the content aligns with the unique voice and vision of Ticketbox.
Stay ahead of social media trends, industry news, and emerging platforms within the entertainment and events sectors, ensuring Ticketbox’s social media presence is fresh, innovative, and up-to-date.
Track and analyze the performance of social media campaigns using analytics tools. Prepare and present reports on key metrics like engagement, reach, and conversions, making data-driven decisions to optimize future campaigns.
Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, design, and sales, to ensure alignment with Ticketbox’s overall marketing strategy and business goals.
Collaborate on developing strategies for upcoming events, ensuring that campaigns are tailored to each event’s audience and objectives.

At least 2 years of experience in social media management or digital marketing, preferably in the entertainment, events, or ticketing industry.
Excellent communication and writing skills, with a creative flair for content creation that resonates with target audiences.
Extensive knowledge of social media platforms, scheduling tools, and analytics.
Familiarity with graphic design and video editing tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Premiere Pro, Cap Cut Pro) is a plus.
Strong creative thinking skills with the ability to develop fresh and engaging social media content ideas.
Ability to work effectively within a team and collaborate across departments to achieve common goals and maximize campaign impact.
Ability to adapt quickly to new trends and technologies within social media and entertainment, with a passion for staying current with the latest industry developments.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
