Main responsibilities
• Handle export-related activities, include preparing documents, coordinating to customers to arrange delivery, working with customs agency on customs clearance processes; aliasing with FA for tax payment, processing payment for export-related fees.
• Support on product registration for local product as well as exported product.
• Customer service and customer complaint handling.
• Product inventory management.
1. Bachelor’s degree of Economic/Foreign Trade
2. Experience:
• 2-3 years in supply chain/ logistics (warehouse/ transportation management) is a must.
• Experience in Customer Service is preferred
• Familiar with ERP system (SUN, SAP…)
3. English fluent both in speaking & writing is an advantage
4. Experience from multi-national companies...
