1 Trading System Management (under the manager’s guidance)
• Update data in the system
• Set up platform settings based on the manager’s guidance
• Troubleshoot system issues (monitoring, log analysis, issue resolution)
2 CRM (Customer Relationship Management) System Administration (under the manager’s guidance)
• Back-office operations
• Update data in the system
• Configure student settings according to the manager’s instructions
• Troubleshoot system issues (monitoring, log analysis, issue resolution)
3 Internal IT Infrastructure Management
• Provide IT support (PC setup, account management)
Mandatory Qualifications
• Minimum 3 years of experience in IT system administration or network engineering
• Experience in system back-office operations
• Strong troubleshooting skills for system issues
• Business-level English communication skills
Preferred Qualifications
• Experience with FX or securities brokerage system operations

- Salary increase at least once a year (based on performance)
- Off Saturday and Sunday.
