• Bachelor's degree or above, with a preference for candidates with headhunting experience in sales or live streaming.
• At least 5 years of recruitment management experience, with a preference for those with experience in the sales industry.
• Proficiency in various recruitment channels and mastery of interview methods and techniques, particularly those relevant to sales and live streaming roles.
• Proactive, with strong communication and coordination skills, a team player, able to work under pressure, and possessing a friendly demeanor and good professional ethics.
