Act as a bridge between the art and engineering teams to ensure art assets are smoothly integrated into the game engine.
Develop and maintain tools, scripts, and workflows to optimize the production pipeline for 2D/3D game assets.
Collaborate with artists to implement visual effects, shaders, and lighting that meet both creative and performance requirements.
Ensure all assets are optimized for performance and meet technical specifications across platforms.
Support asset import/export processes between art tools (e.g., Blender, Maya, Photoshop) and game engines (e.g., Unity, Unreal).
Troubleshoot visual issues related to game builds and asset integration.
Help evaluate and implement new technologies that improve visual quality or production efficiency.

2+ years of experience as a Technical Artist in the gaming industry.
Strong knowledge of at least one major game engine (Unity preferred; Unreal is a plus)
Proficiency in scripting languages (e.g., Python, MEL, C#) for tool development and pipeline automation.
Familiarity with DCC tools such as Maya, Blender, Photoshop, Substance Painter/Designer.
Ability to analyze and solve performance issues related to art assets.
Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively across departments.
Attention to detail and a proactive attitude in solving technical-artistic challenges.
Good English communication, adept at project management
Experience with Spine or other 2D animation tools.
Familiarity with UI/UX implementation in game engines.
Understanding of mobile platform constraints and optimization techniques

Salary range: 15,000,000 VND – 30,000,000 VND/month (based on experience).
