1. Testing oversight & quality control

- Supervise & ensure that all lab-testing activities follow established procedures, protocols, and safety standards.

- Monitor the performance of lab tests and experiments, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and reliability of results. Review and interpret test data, troubleshooting any discrepancies or issues that arise.

- Ensure compliance with all relevant local, state, and federal regulations, including health and safety guidelines. Implement and enforce safety protocols and conduct regular safety training for the team.

- Stay current with industry trends, best practices, and new technologies in laboratory testing. Identify areas for process improvement within the lab and lead initiatives to enhance testing efficiency, accuracy, and safety.

- Organize and maintain inventory and storage area (5S). Identify areas of improvement and establish innovative or adjust existing work procedures and practices

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of testing results, processes, and any deviations from standard procedures.

- Ensure data integrity and confidentiality in accordance with company policies. Prepare detailed reports, summaries, and documentation of test results for internal or client review.

2. Testing development:

- Build, execute, and monitor the testing protocols; ensuring that all tests are conducted in compliance with relevant laws and regulations in each countries.

- Guideline and ensure that testing protocols comply with the specific standards and requirements for each chemical, accurately reflecting their properties and safety characteristics.

- Develop and oversee protocol-testing procedures, ensuring that all tests are performed consistently, accurately, and in line with quality control guidelines.

- Regularly review and update protocols to maintain compliance and optimize testing processes.

3. Collaboration & Communication:

- Collaborate with other departments to support product development and quality assurance initiatives.

- Communicate effectively with management, providing updates on team performance, testing results, and any issues that need attention.

- Assist in the preparation of technical documentation and presentations for clients, audits, or regulatory agencies.

- Supervise and mentor a team for testing process, ensuring that team members are trained, motivated, and performing at optimal levels.

- Allocate tasks, set daily work priorities, and ensure adherence to deadlines.

- Conduct performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback for continuous improvement.

4. Transformation project

- Participate in the project system transformation.

* Performs other related duties as necessary or assigned.

- Bachelor’s degree or above of in Chemistry or related majors. /Tốt nghiệp đại học hoặc trên đại học chuyên ngành Hoáhọc hoặc ngành học liên quan.

-At least 3 year of experience experience, 1 year of supervisor exp. /Có ít nhất 3 năm kinh nghiệm tại vị trí liên quan, 1 năm kinh nghiệm về quản lý

-Effective data trending, document control, and technical bench skills. /Khả năng tổ chức, kiểm soát hiệu quả dữ liệu, tài liệu và kỹ năng làm việc nhóm.

-Strong problem-solving, training, team building, and mentoring abilities. /Khả năng giải quyết vấn đề, đào tạo, xây dựng nhóm và cố vấn.

-Excellent written and verbal communication skills. /Kỹ năng giao tiếp tốt bằng văn bản và lời nói.

-Good command of English (reading & writing). /Thành thạo tiếng Anh (đọc & viết).
