Provide administrative support, including document handling, contract processing, and project record management.
Communicate with international partners and clients to coordinate project requirements and updates.
Assist in scheduling meetings, preparing reports, and tracking project progress.
Maintain and update project documentation to ensure accuracy and compliance.
Collaborate with internal teams to streamline project execution and workflow.
Support logistics coordination, including document preparation for site visits.
Perform additional duties as assigned by the supervisor.

Currently pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and familiarity with project management tools is a plus.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with experience in working both independently and in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.
Proficiency in both spoken and written English is required.
Proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and adapt.
Male candidates are preferred due to project site visits and fieldwork requirements.
