Why We Need You

As our TikTok Commerce Manager, you’ll own all things TikTok: from building relationships with creators to managing TikTok Shop operations, both in Vietnam and the USA. Your goal? Capture viral momentum and turn it into real sales.

What You’ll Do

Manage TikTok Shop: Set up listings, oversee day-to-day operations, and keep the store running smoothly.
Grow Creator Network: Identify, recruit, and collaborate with content creators, providing briefs and clear success metrics.
Analyze Trends: Track what’s hot on TikTok, brainstorm content ideas, and optimize for maximum engagement.
Plan & Launch Campaigns: Run TikTok Ads, test new content strategies, and refine based on performance data.
Research Tools & Software: Constantly look for new ways to automate tasks, analyze results, and boost Shop performance.
Coordinate & Report: Work with cross-functional teams (Branding, Data, Creative) and update top management on progress.

Yêu cầu công việc

What You’ll Bring

1–3+ years of experience with TikTok marketing (Shop, organic content, or paid ads).
Fluent English to coordinate smoothly with USA-based creators and partners.
Comfort with analytics and data-driven decisions—able to track ROI and pivot fast.
A creative mindset that thrives on short-form video trends and real-time experimentation.
Strong communication skills: you’re clear, proactive, and eager to collaborate.
