About the Role
We’re seeking an exceptional Vice President of Marketing to lead and scale the global marketing function at Trusting Social Group. As VP, you will craft and drive a unified marketing strategy across our multi-product portfolio and diverse markets—including the U.S., Southeast Asia, and India.
This is a rare opportunity to build a high-impact marketing engine from the ground up, working at the intersection of fintech, AI, and financial inclusion. You’ll lead brand positioning, demand generation, product marketing, and communications for our three business lines—alternative credit scoring and KYC tools, co-lending partnerships, and GenAI automation for financial institutions.
You’ll report directly to the CEO and work closely with the executive team to fuel growth, shape market perception, and build a globally recognized brand.
What You’ll Own
1. Marketing Strategy & Leadership
- Design and execute a global marketing strategy aligned with company growth objectives, tailored to our unique audiences: banks, telcos, fintechs, and financial regulators.
- Establish and scale a high-performing marketing team across core markets; recruit top talent and build a culture of performance and experimentation.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Product, and Business Leaders to align on go-to-market priorities.
- Define and manage marketing KPIs, budgets, systems, and reporting.
2. Brand Positioning & Communications
- Own the Trusting Social brand—shaping its positioning, voice, and visual identity across all touchpoints.
- Build market trust and visibility through storytelling, thought leadership, PR, executive presence, and strategic events.
- Drive awareness in new markets and elevate our standing with enterprise customers and regulators.
3. Demand Generation & Pipeline Growth
- Architect and execute full-funnel demand generation strategies, integrating digital campaigns, content, ABM, email, events, and partner marketing.
- Drive qualified pipeline across geographies, with close collaboration with Sales for lead nurturing and conversion.
- Implement data-driven performance marketing and campaign analytics.
4. Product Marketing & Content
- Lead go-to-market strategy for new products and features, including messaging, positioning, competitive insights, and sales enablement.
- Build compelling content for multiple buyer personas—from CROs and Heads of Risk to CFOs and Product Leaders.
- Oversee product launches, customer education, and content that fuels the funnel: white papers, ROI tools, case studies, and more.
5. Customer Marketing & Advocacy
- Cultivate customer champions via testimonials, references, and success stories.
- Partner with Customer Success to support lifecycle marketing, retention, and upsell strategies.
- Build communities through newsletters, webinars, and educational initiatives.
- 12+ years of progressive marketing leadership, with at least 5+ years in a senior role (VP or equivalent).
- Proven success leading B2B marketing for fast-growth tech companies—ideally in fintech, SaaS, or enterprise AI.
- Global marketing experience across emerging and mature markets; strong cultural fluency.
- Expertise in leading both brand and performance marketing, with a bias toward experimentation and results.
- Exceptional team builder with a track record of hiring, mentoring, and scaling high-performing teams.
- Strategic thinker and strong operator—comfortable rolling up your sleeves when needed.
- Fluent in English; regional language skills (Tagalog, Bahasa, Vietnamese, Spanish) are a strong plus.
- Bonus: Experience marketing to enterprise financial institutions or government stakeholders; passion for the ethical application of AI
