• Pack items & testers based on sales team orders (including non-cosmetics)
• Coordinate with delivery services and ensure smooth delivery to customers
• Handle customer complaints related to packing or damaged items
• Monitor stock levels and notify sales team of low inventory
• Manage returns and work with delivery service for collection
• Track and update inventory data (including Misa: warehouse exports, transfers, imports)
• Keep inventory updated by lot and expiry date
• Oversee tester inventory and warehouse organization
• Maintain product quality control and warehouse cleanliness
• Collaborate with sales team on new business and projects
• Minimum 1 year of experience
• Strong health and stamina
• Attention to detail
• Commitment to long-term growth with the company
• Language Requirements: English or Japanese proficiency
Allowances (Post-Probation):
• Meal: 720,000 VND/month
• Mobile: 200,000 VND/month (or company phone)
• Clothes: 400,000 VND/month
Bonuses:
• 1-month salary before Tết (based on base salary)
• Marriage: 2,000,000 VND (one-time)
• Childbirth: 1,000,000 VND per child (up to 3 children)
Holidays: Sundays, National Holidays, and Tết as per state regulations
Paid Holidays: 12 days
Overtime: Compensatory leave option.
